Lubricar Inc. Team Members,

As you are aware, even with recent restrictions on work and travel outside of the home, our service centers are designated by the Department of Homeland Security and the States of New Mexico, Arizona, and Colorado as an Essential Business and are to remain open during COVID-19 outbreak to provide infrastructure support.

Your safety and welfare and the safety and welfare of our guests is the primary concern of Lubricar Inc. It is our responsibility to provide a safe work environment for each and every one of you and each of our guests.  We have a lot of assets within our organization, but our greatest asset is our employees.  As such, we want to communicate what we plan to do to ensure your safety.  We will follow the guidelines for businesses from the Center for Disease Control (CDC).  We will also employ additional measures beyond the CDC guidelines.

  • Sick employees will not be allowed to work.  If you are sick, please notify your manager and stay or go home.  No doctor’s note will be required.  If you exhibit symptoms of COVID-19 (fever, cough, shortness of breath) your manager will send you home.
  • Increased cleaning routines.  Doors, restrooms, computers, tablets, credit card machines, counters, chairs, etc. will be wiped down with a disinfectant every 30 minutes.
  • Ensure that all employees are actively and frequently using hand sanitizer and washing hands.
  • We will be printing posters with good hygiene practices that will be posted prominently in the store.
  • Gloves should be worn at all times (unless operating an impact gun) and changed frequently.
  • Customers, if they choose, can remain in their vehicle unless the car is lifted or if an emissions test is being performed.
  • Beverage and popcorn service will be suspended.
  • Ensure social distancing practices are in place (lobby chairs 6 feet apart).
  • Discontinue vacuuming service when customers opt to stay in their vehicle.
  • Face coverings will be provided to employees.
